The Penrith City Centre Association (PCCA), works to promote the Penrith CBD. Our aim is to improve business in Penrith City Centre as well as the experience for visitors when shopping in the City.

The greatest resource available to PCCA is the creativity, talent and motivation of its stakeholders who share a common challenge to advance business interests in our city. The PCCA recognises that in order to improve business in the CBD the stakeholders should operate in a climate of co-operation, which clear goals are set and the rewards are mutual.
